Terms of Service
Last updated: September 15, 2026What Ambobs is
Ambobs is a text-first social network and online community. People can create profiles, publish posts, participate in conversations, comment, reply, and interact with other members. These terms govern your use of the service.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity that takes place through your account and for keeping your account information reasonably secure. Do not use another person's account or deliberately misrepresent yourself in a way that deceives other members.
Your content
You keep ownership of original content you publish on Ambobs. To operate the social network, Ambobs needs permission to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and distribute your content through the service. This permission is limited to operating, maintaining, improving, and presenting Ambobs and does not transfer ownership of your original work to Ambobs.
Public content
If you publish something as public content, other people may be able to read, share, quote, or otherwise interact with it. Public pages and posts may also be accessible outside your account and may be discoverable by search engines. Do not publish information that you expect to remain private as a public post.
Community conduct
Your use of Ambobs must follow the Community Guidelines. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, serious harassment or threats, fraud, deceptive impersonation, privacy violations, malicious code, unauthorized access, spam, automated abuse, or deliberate disruption of the service.
Moderation and platform decisions
Ambobs may remove content, limit a feature, restrict visibility, suspend an account, or take another reasonable platform action when necessary because of a violation of these terms or the Community Guidelines, applicable law, security concerns, or serious disruption of the service. Ambobs is not promising to review or moderate every post, comment, or interaction.
Other members' content
People on Ambobs express their own views. User-generated posts, comments, replies, profiles, links, and other material belong to the people who publish them and do not necessarily represent the views of Ambobs. Consider the context and source of information before relying on something another member publishes.
Third-party services
Some parts of Ambobs may depend on third-party infrastructure or services such as hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, or other technical providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Changes and availability
Ambobs will evolve. Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. These terms may also be updated when the service or its legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on Ambobs.
Leaving Ambobs
You may stop using Ambobs. If your account or content is removed or restricted, some content or information may remain where necessary for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons.
Contact
Ambobs does not currently maintain a dedicated public support email address. For matters concerning your account or use of the service, use the help and account channels that are actually available within Ambobs.
